Role Overview

As a Restaurant Prep Cook and/or Pastry Cook, you will be responsible for the efficient, daily preparation of a wide range of food products and pastries that are used in the preparation of menu items in accordance with Urban Plates' recipes and procedures. You will work in a beautifully designed restaurant environment, enjoy a full-time or part-time schedule, and have the opportunity to connect with our guests and achieve your earning goals.

What You Will Do

Primary Responsibilities: A Prep Cook and/or Pastry Cook is responsible for the efficient, daily preparation of a wide range of food products and pastries that are used in the preparation of menu items in accordance with Urban Plates' recipes and procedures.

You'll always have a guaranteed hourly base rate, plus tips for every hour worked for every FOH and BOH position. You will have the ability to earn additional compensation from our Team Member recognition program where top performers in 2025 earned in excess of an additional $6,000.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
