Role OverviewAs a Restaurant Shift Manager, you will lead a crew of sub makers, setting the example of excellent customer service and guiding the team through your shift. You will be responsible for making subs, running the register, cleaning, scheduling, and other shift duties. You will work on occasion nights, weekends, and holidays, and must be able to stand, walk, kneel, squat, bend, reach, and lift up to 50 lbs.

- Valid Driver’s License
- Working knowledge of MS Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to work on occasion nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to stand, walk, kneel, squat, bend, reach, and lift up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as the crew handbook
- Ability to prioritize tasks, multi-task, balance friendliness with efficiency, and maintain focus
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers and co-workers
