Requirements

  • Manage the flow of service and direct the work of team members on a shift
  • Build and lead high performing team of hourly Team Members
  • Assist with operational support functions (i.e. Purchasing, Receiving, Inventory, etc.)
  • Participates in applicant interviews and assists with employee relations
  • At least 1 year of restaurant leadership experience supervising a team
  • Food Safety Certification according to local jurisdiction
  • Strong problem solving skills
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
