Role OverviewThe Restaurant Supervisor I supports the General Manager and Restaurant Supervisor II in all day-to-day operations of the restaurant, directing operations when they are not present. The role requires maximizing the culture of the restaurant and the overall guest experience while running their shift.
What You Will Do
Responsibilities include enforcing company and government policies, communicating policy changes to employees, ensuring excellent customer service and operational goals, and maintaining the Ops Scorecard. The Restaurant Supervisor I will also work varying shifts, ensure all Team Members are compliant with company standards, and drive operational excellence.
