Requirements

  • Greet and welcome guests with a warm and friendly demeanor
  • Ensure prompt and courteous service throughout the dining experience
  • Supervise and motivate front-of-house staff
  • Provide training and mentorship to new team members
  • Assist with managing staff scheduling
  • Collaborate with the kitchen and bar staff
  • Monitor inventory levels for front-of-house supplies
  • Conduct regular inspections of tables, dining areas, and service stations
  • Enforce quality standards in food presentation, beverage service, and table settings
  • Address and resolve any service-related issues promptly and professionally
