Job Description
The Restaurant Supervisor is responsible for promoting and ensuring exceptional guest satisfaction through strong leadership, operational oversight, and a commitment to service excellence. This role focuses on maintaining a positive team environment, supporting associate engagement, and delivering prompt, courteous, and accurate service.
Requirements
Minimum age of 18
High school diploma or GED required; college education preferred
Minimum of two years of food service or hospitality-related experience
Current TABC certification required
Food Handler's Certificate required
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Demonstrated leadership and teamwork abilities
Basic technical knowledge of restaurant operations
Proven hospitality mindset and strong work ethic
