Job Description
Montana’s Division of Criminal Investigation is seeking a Restitution Specialist to implement aspects of the Crime Victim Compensation program, including collecting and processing restitution payments, representing the Division in contested claim hearings, and performing various analysis functions related to the program.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • Two years of job-related experience
  • Research, examine, and correctly interpret legal criminal justice information
  • Supporting documentation (e.g., medical reports, insurance policies, etc.)
