Role OverviewAs the front-line representative of the SERVPRO brand, the Restoration Supervisor coordinates, monitors, and performs work activities on projects to successfully fulfill service needs and facilitate a positive customer experience.
What You Will Do
Coordinate and perform production processes, manage customer and client experience, communicate clear expectations to restoration technicians, document job files, manage labor and consumable item usage, and communicate with project managers and office staff.

This role requires a valid driver's license, high school diploma/GED, at least 1 year of experience in cleaning, restoration, or construction, and IICRC certification (a plus).
