Role OverviewWe are seeking a motivated Restoration Technician to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing restoration services at residential and commercial properties. This role involves executing restoration procedures, operating specialized equipment, and maintaining a safe and organized work environment.
What You Will Do
Perform demolition of property, debris removal, content cleaning, and assist with mold and biohazard clean-up. Create and maintain accurate and detailed measurements, diagrams, photos, journals, work orders, and other documentation.
Why It Might Be a Fit
Must be able to work in a fast-paced, team environment. Must be able to use basic hand tools, such as screwdriver, wrench, hammer crowbar, and power tools.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- IICRC Certification (preferred)
- 1+ year(s) of experience in water damage restoration (preferred)
- Familiarity with water damage, mold, or fire damage restoration (preferred)
