Role Overview

The Restorative Justice Coordinator will be part of the School Based Team at Bushwick Campus Community School to support and implement restorative justice. The position requires a flexible schedule and occasional evenings and weekends. The Coordinator will collaborate with school administration, youth, and MRNY staff to create and maintain a vision for restorative school climate and culture.

What You Will Do

Key responsibilities include facilitating restorative justice trainings, conducting a yearly school climate needs assessment, supporting the development of a cohort of RJ Youth Leaders, and leading an action team of school stakeholders.
