Job Description
The Assistant Retail Operations Manager oversees multiple Gift Shop and Gift Kiosk/Carts locations, and is responsible for leading a team, developing training programs, and ensuring a clean and safe work environment. They must demonstrate strong interpersonal and communication skills, as well as exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proven leadership skills with an understanding of the importance of team building/development, while fostering partnerships
  • Exceptional problem solving/decision making skills combined with the ability to be organized
  • Demonstrates financial management, merchandising, analytical, and planning skills
  • Demonstrates the ability to remain flexible in a fast-paced environment
