Job Description
American Residential Services (ARS) is seeking a results-driven Retail Program Manager to oversee our retail lead generation program inside national home improvement stores. This role leads a team responsible for generating residential HVAC service and system replacement leads through customer engagement in retail environments.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Minimum of two years of demonstrated sales experience
  • Prior experience managing retail teams or field sales teams preferred
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
  • Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed
  • Strong customer engagement and sales coaching skills
  • Ability to interpret training materials and support team development
