Job Description
Goodwill Industries of Kentucky is looking for a high energy, detail oriented Assistant Store Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will support our core values of respect, excellence and integrity with a focus on great customer service, and the ability to effectively lead a team.

Requirements

  • Assumes management responsibilities in absence of Store Manager.
  • Assists Store Manager in ordering merchandise and record keeping including payroll, scheduling and cash register deposits and receipts.
  • Maintains a positive shopping experience by providing excellent customer service and maintaining a well-stocked store.
  • Supports Store Manager in loss prevention efforts.
  • Follows all Company policies and procedures.
