Job Description
As an Assistant Manager, you will supervise store operations, train and coach team members, and ensure effective scheduling and customer service. You will be responsible for managing staffing, supplies, and housekeeping, as well as overseeing warehouse and receiving operations. You will also complete tasks, safety tests, and online training, and maintain 24/7 responsibilities to respond to alarm codes and manage store operations.
Requirements
Associate degree with two years of management experience
Three years of management experience, instead of a degree
Basic math skills
Basic computer skills
Prior experience working in a retail or customer service-related environment
Cash handling experience
Warehouse experience
Ability to lift up to 40 lbs
Valid Driver's License
