Job Description
As an Assistant Store Manager, you will assist the Store Manager in running the store, including hiring, training, and supervising staff, and driving the store towards meeting or exceeding its budgeted financial performance.

Requirements

  • 2+ years experience in supervision of 15 or more employees
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Sales, Retail, Finance, Mathematics, Accounting, or Economics
  • 4+ years of military service with one or more years of supervisory experience
  • Strong interpersonal and written communication skills
  • Demonstrated skills in operating personal computers, POS or sell systems, and various software packages
