Assist the Store Manager in running the store, including hiring, training, and supervising staff. Lead meetings, maintain displays and merchandising presentations, and drive the store towards meeting its budgeted financial performance. Ongoing training is provided.

Requirements

  • 2+ years experience in supervision of 15 or more employees
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Sales, Retail, Finance, Mathematics, Accounting, or Economics with 1 year of supervisory experience
  • 4+ years of military service with one or more years of supervisory experience
