Job Description
As an Assistant Store Manager, you will assist the Store Manager in running the store, including hiring, training, and supervising staff, leading meetings, and driving the store towards meeting its budgeted financial performance.

Requirements

  • 2+ years experience in supervision of 15 or more employees in food services, manufacturing, production or retail
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Sales, Retail, Finance, Mathematics, Accounting, or Economics plus 1 year of supervisory experience
  • 4+ years of military service with one or more years of supervisory experience
