Role OverviewThe Retail Assistant Store Manager helps the Retail Store Manager lead the retail sales team by forging connections with customers, communicating Vuori's brand values, and maintaining Vuori's standards in retail sales and customer experiences.

Requirements
- Available morning and/or evening, work 8 hour shifts, 5 days/week, available at least 1 weekend day.

- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to quickly learn new procedures and processes.
- Strong organizational skills and follow through skills.

- Willingness to lift and move products and equipment and boxes weighing up to 30 lbs
- Willingness to stay active and move throughout the store during each shift
- Willingness to reach, bend, and use a step stool or ladder when needed
- Willingness to work in an environment with bright lights and music
- Willingness to work as part of a team in a fast-paced retail environment
