Role OverviewThe Assistant Team Leader provides leadership for the successful operation of the entire front-end of store, helping lead a retail sales team that's passionate about selling merchandise and ensuring a good customer experience.
What You Will Do
Assist with managing payroll budgets, expenses, store banking, shrink reduction, and completing related reports; provide exceptional Associate and Customer service experiences; maintain store standards and company programs.

Must have a valid Driver’s license, schedule flexibility to work evenings, weekends, holiday seasonal on a regular basis, and 1-2 years’ retail management experience with a mid to large size retailer.
Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent
