Role OverviewThe Assistant Store Manager is responsible for supporting the Store Manager in managing store operations to ensure a great customer experience and maximum profitability. The Assistant Store Manager will perform all management functions in the absence of the Store Manager.

Key responsibilities include leading by example in driving sales, maintaining sales floor awareness, resolving customer concerns, recruiting and developing team members, and maintaining general operations of the store.

Requirements
