Role OverviewWe're a small team running a community-first shop, and we want our online presence to reflect what we're building in person: a place where people can learn, play, and belong. As our Retail Associate / Community Manager, you'll help keep the vibe welcoming on the floor, capture simple content in-store, and draft posts and updates that sound like a real human (because they are).
What You Will Do
Support daily in-store operations, host and support in-store events, create and publish social posts, capture in-store content, maintain a content calendar, and monitor comments/messages.
Why It Might Be a Fit
We strongly encourage applications from people who are underrepresented in local game stores and hobby spaces, including women, LGBTQ+ folks, people of color, disabled folks, and anyone who's ever felt 'not for me' in a game shop.
