Retail Associate / MtG Event Host

As a Retail Associate / MtG Event Host, you'll help host Magic events, support players, and keep events organized and fair. You'll be responsible for daily in-store operations, setting up and running events, and creating a welcoming environment for new players.

What You Will Do

You'll support daily in-store operations, set up and run MTG events, create a welcoming environment for new players, de-escalate conflicts, and enforce store expectations.

Why It Might Be a Fit

You'll be a good fit if you're comfortable speaking to groups, have strong customer service instincts, and are familiar with Magic: The Gathering formats. Bonus qualifications include judge experience, tournament organizing, WPN familiarity, or event software experience, as well as experience creating inclusive community spaces.

Requirements

• Comfortable speaking to groups and guiding an event flow
• Strong customer service instincts and a calm presence
• Familiarity with Magic: The Gathering formats (especially Commander)
• Ability to enforce boundaries and expectations respectfully
