Job Description
As a Retail Store Associate at Goodwill, you will play a vital role in helping transform lives through the power of work, supporting the mission by collecting, processing, and selling donated goods to customers at our retail stores and donation centers.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Ability to perform basic math functions
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to push, pull, and lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Ability to work a full shift of at least 8 hours per scheduled workday
  • Flexibility to work a rotating schedule, including evenings and weekends
