The Bike Technician is responsible for building and repairing bicycles, providing a differentiated customer experience, and selling through customer engagement. The role requires technical expertise and the ability to interact with customers in a passionate and knowledgeable way.

Requirements

  • Prior experience of building, repairing, and selling bicycles preferred
  • Ability to stand, bend, stoop, reach, push, pull and lift 15 to 35 lbs. items occasionally (up to 5 times per hour)
  • Ability to work extended periods of time (up to 4 hours) standing or walking
