Job Description
The Retail Category Insights Manager will provide insights to Sales, Brand, and Category teams to identify market opportunities and maximize them through data analytics. The role will be responsible for analyzing consumer data, identifying market trends, and collaborating with stakeholders to develop research and opportunities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Marketing, Economics, Business, Statistics, or related field
  • Experience in a corporate environment with proven insights experience to sales teams
  • Experience with analytics and insights
  • Excellent communication, networking, collaboration, and relationship building
  • Strong analytical, consultative, and problem-solving skills
  • Organized and strong planner
  • Research mindset, with a great ability to communicate and present insights to a non-technical audience
