Requirements

  • Manage payroll budgets, expenses, store banking, shrink reduction, and related reports
  • Demonstrate Ollie's "Yes I Care, Yes I Can" behaviors in providing exceptional Associate and Customer service experiences
  • Ensure store standards, seasonal transition planning, inventory processes, and company programs meet operational expectations
  • Develop and execute talent planning to insure associate growth
  • Ensure proper scheduling and staffing for the business needs are met
  • Perform all functions to open and close the store when needed
