Requirements

• Manage payroll budgets, expenses, store banking, shrink reduction, and complete related reports
• Demonstrate exceptional Associate and Customer service experiences
• Ensure store standards, seasonal transition planning, inventory processes, and company programs meet operational expectations
• Develop and execute talent planning to ensure associate growth
• Perform all functions to open and close the store when needed
