Requirements

  • Assist the Store Team Leader with managing payroll budgets, expenses, store banking, shrink reduction, and related reports.
  • Demonstrate exceptional Associate and Customer service experiences, and consistently demonstrate company standards in every interaction.
  • Ensure store standards, seasonal transition planning, inventory processes, and company programs meet operational expectations.
  • Develop and execute talent planning to ensure associate growth, and properly schedule and staff for business needs.
  • Perform all functions to open and close the store when needed, and any additional responsibilities and/or duties assigned.
