Requirements

  • Manage payroll budgets, expenses, store banking, shrink reduction, and related reports
  • Demonstrate exceptional Associate and Customer service experiences
  • Ensure store standards, seasonal transition planning, inventory processes, and company programs meet all operational expectations
  • Develop and execute talent planning to insure associate growth
  • Ensure proper scheduling and staffing for the business needs are met
