Role OverviewAnalyze and investigate consumer/commercial retail and lease credit applications for passenger cars/vans. Make decisions to mitigate MBFS credit risk while supporting and maximizing service levels for our dealer partners. Build relationships with the dealers as well as with the Dealer Relations Managers (DRMs) to maximize working relationships and increase MBFS retail and lease penetration.
What You Will Do
Analyze, decision and investigate retail and lease credit applications, and communicate those decisions to the dealer via the ACE system and telephone in a timely manner. Negotiate conditional approvals with dealers. Execute buying strategies for dealer body as directed by management.
