Role OverviewThe Merchandise Manager drives merchandising and operational execution, including truck processing, inventory routines, planogram sets, and visual standards. This role ensures accurate pricing, timely promotional execution, and a customer-ready store environment through strong workload planning and inventory management.
What You Will Do
Lead truck execution processes, execute and maintain SISO routines, oversee Planogram execution, establish and maintain visual merchandising standards, manage key aspects of inventory control, execute ad sets, complete price changes, oversee Ship from Store fulfillment, process RTVs and ASN receiving, manage store damages procedures, train, coach, and develop team members.
