Job Description
Australia Post is seeking a Retail Customer Service Officer to work in their Cloverdale Post Office. As a Retail Customer Service Officer, you'll play an important part in helping Australians service their own businesses, keeping millions of people connected and building community resilience. You'll perform customer sales and service transactions, manage high value transactions accurately, and promote Australia Post's products and services. You'll also build rewarding relationships with customers, assist with administrative duties, and work in a team environment.
Requirements
Experience in customer service and/or cash handling
Ability to lift up to 16kgs of mail regularly
Willingness to stand for shifts
