Job Description
We are seeking a Territory Sales Manager to manage and grow a defined territory within the retail dealer channel. The ideal candidate is a proven sales professional with a strong relationship-building approach and experience in flooring, surfaces, or related building materials.

Requirements

  • 7–10+ years of experience in flooring, surfaces, or related building materials
  • Experience calling on retail dealers strongly preferred
  • Demonstrated success managing and growing a territory
  • Established relationships within the region is a plus
  • History of strong sales performance (multi-million dollar territory preferred)
