Role OverviewThe Retail Department Coordinator is responsible for promoting an excellent customer experience, overseeing a team of Associates, and maintaining a clean and organized store. They will create a positive internal and external customer experience, promote a culture of honesty and integrity, and train and mentor Associates on front-end principles.
What You Will Do
The Coordinator will assign registers, support and respond to POS coverage needs, and coordinate breaks for all Associates. They will address customer concerns and issues promptly, ensure a positive customer experience, and prioritize tasks and activities according to store plan.
