Job Description

As a Retail Department Manager, you will be responsible for growing department sales to achieve the store sales plan, including aspects of merchandising, customer service, and store maintenance. You will also be expected to interact well with customers and associates, maintain the store appearance, and complete additional responsibilities as assigned.

Requirements

  • High School diploma or equivalent preferred
  • 6+ months retail experience preferred
  • Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays on a regular basis.
  • Positive attitude and team player who interacts well with customers and associates.
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
  • Ability to push and pull up to 35 pounds.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a safe manner
