Join our team and live the Ollie-tude! As a Retail Department Manager, you will be responsible for growing department sales, ensuring merchandising and customer service standards are met, and supporting Ollie's Army and donation programs.

Requirements

  • Greet and acknowledge every customer with Ollie's 'Yes I Care, Yes I Can' approach
  • Ensure merchandised and recovered product within the department per visual merchandise standards
  • Be knowledgeable of current promotions and advertisements to answer customer questions and drive sales
  • Support Ollie's Army and other donation programs year-round
  • Assist with receiving the truck and pricing items, training new Associates, and accurately and efficiently operating the register
