Job Description
2020 Companies seeks a reliable, detail-oriented, and self-motivated Field Service Representative to join our team and represent leading brands like Dell, Intel, Dyson, Google, and HP. In this role, you’ll execute a wide range of in-store tasks, including installing and updating sales floor fixtures and endcaps, performing buildouts, resets, and display repairs, and following plan-o-grams and client-specific directives.

Requirements

  • Install and update sales floor fixtures and endcaps
  • Perform buildouts, resets, and display repairs
  • Follow plan-o-grams and client-specific directives
  • Work independently, meet deadlines, and use mobile applications and technology to complete assignments efficiently and professionally
  • Manage store-level relationships and ensure top-quality execution on every project
  • Represent 2020 Companies and its clients in a professional and courteous manner
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, and communicate effectively with field services management
