Role OverviewThe Retail Donation Attendant will support the mission of MERS/Missouri Goodwill Industries by providing positive customer service interactions, handling donations with care, and maintaining a clean and organized store area.

The ideal candidate will provide customer service, sort donations, notify management of hazardous materials, maintain store cleanliness, and establish positive relationships with team members and leadership.

Requirements
- No degree is required. High School Diploma/GED Preferred.
- Ability to communicate effectively with co-workers, customers, and management.
- Organized and capable of interacting with a diverse work population.
- Necessary math skills include addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.
