Role OverviewThe Retail Floor Lead at Vuori is a key part of the store leadership team, supervising the retail floor and taking initiative to delegate work and be a 'go to' person. The role involves leading the sales team by example, forging connections with customers, and communicating Vuori's brand values through product knowledge and a happy, optimistic outlook.
What You Will Do
Create an unforgettable customer experience, work with the sales team to ensure each customer receives the best experience possible, and take ownership of the sales floor and sales team to ensure customer experience is the first priority.

Requirements
- Available morning and/or evening, work 8 hour shifts, 5 days/week, available at least 1 weekend day.
