The Retail Freight Team Leader oversees the efficient operation and maintenance of the receiving area as outlined in the company receiving area plan.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Minimum of 6 months experience with a mid- to large-size retailer.
  • Schedule flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays on a regular basis.
  • Ability to organize, prioritize, and delegate tasks while working within strict timeframes and deadlines.
  • Must have a positive attitude and the ability to interact well with customers and associates.
