We're looking for a charismatic General Manager to lead our Visionworks store and drive profitability without compromising the customer experience.

Requirements

Maximize store profitability without compromising customer experience
Engage with doctor on business needs, associates and patient/customer experience
Prep and plan business for the day by managing incoming traffic, doctor appointments, and scheduled eyewear services
Hire, train, coach, develop and support store associates to perform in their respective roles with excellence
Lead, execute and improve all broad operational activities to meet the store's financial and customer experience goals
