Job Description
The Retail Intern will support the execution and performance of retail revenue programs aboard Margaritaville at Sea, providing hands-on experience with revenue-generating activities, including retail sales, merchandising, guest engagement, and promotional initiatives designed to maximize onboard spend.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong interest in retail operations, sales, and onboard revenue generation.
  • Basic understanding of merchandising principles and customer buying behavior.
  • Ability to support sales-driven initiatives and contribute to revenue-focused activities.
