Role OverviewRetail Management Trainee's are cross-trained to perform routine service functions in our shop and provide exceptional service to customers in our showroom.
What You Will Do
Performing tire services, oil changes, battery installations, multi-point inspections, and minor maintenance services, answering phones, onboarding customers, estimating service requests, selling products, and maintaining positive customer relations.

Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license with acceptable driver history and access to reliable transportation
- Ability to bend, stoop, kneel, handle prolonged standing and walking, lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle stressful situations in a professional manner
