Role OverviewThe Retail Manager will lead a team to create and maintain the Sun Tan City Experience for clients. The role requires discretion in managing the overall operation of the salon, supervising and directing the workforce, and ensuring client satisfaction and quality of client experience.
What You Will Do
Developing and coaching employees, following up on client concerns, setting a positive example, and driving company metrics by developing action plans.

Requirements
- College education preferred, but not required.
- Management and/or Sales experience required.
- Basic Computer skills (ability to use Word, Excel, and Outlook)
- Ability to manage effectively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple situations simultaneously.
- Strong knowledge of client service techniques and operational practices.
- Strong problem-solving and organizational/planning skills.
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to coach and mentor while having knowledge of supervisory practices and procedures.
