Job Description
We are seeking a motivated, creative, and detail-oriented Retail Manager to support Hyatt's Lifestyle Independent Collection Brands. The Retail Manager oversees the full retail program for Bunkhouse-owned and managed properties, including merchandise, minibar, bodega, and e-commerce operations.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of production management experience
  • Proven track record of production management best practices
  • Computer proficient, proficient in Excel, Word, Power Point, and outlook
  • Excellent negotiation skills
  • Excellent presentation skills
  • Analytical mind and familiarity with data analysis principles
  • Outstanding communication skills in English, both written and verbal
  • Sound decision making
  • Act with integrity & confidence
  • Ability to manage change effectively
  • Highly motivated and pro-active
  • Ability to deliver high and consistent service standards
  • Ability to multitask, work in a fast-paced environment and have a high-level attention to detail
