Role OverviewThe Retail Manager will play a key role in the onboarding and continuous development of our lead generation force, leading new agent training classes, new hire development, and new hire success.
What You Will Do
Primarily accountable for employee training, leadership development, and career guidance, managing new Brand Ambassadors to company-established KPI's, and traveling between offices to lead training.
