The successful candidate will have experience in franchised quick service restaurant operations, preferably in a multi-unit capacity, and excellent customer service and communication skills.

As a Retail Manager, you will be responsible for managing multiple retail dining locations and service teams, providing leadership and driving quality and efficiency in customer service, food production, menu development, and more.

Requirements
- Background inclusive of franchised quick service restaurant operations, preferably in a multi-unit capacity
- Successful team leadership experience
- Excellent customer service and communication skills, both written and verbal
- ServSafe certification preferred
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office: Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Knowledge of POS systems
