Role OverviewThe Retail Manager will lead multiple retail dining locations and service teams with a hands-on approach, providing leadership and driving quality and efficiency in customer service, food production, menu development, and more.
What You Will Do
The Retail Manager will manage inventory control, product forecasting, and food and supplies ordering, handle cash, operate and troubleshoot the POS system, and ensure excellent customer service.
