Role Overview

The Retail Marketing Manager will support Retail Marketing efforts on Colgate Toothpaste, contribute to developing and executing the national strategy across all retailers, and work against key objectives to improve sales results, market share, and financial return. The role requires a strong representative of the Customer Development Team, understanding and actioning retailer strategies to help drive organizational strategy & execution.

What You Will Do

The responsibilities include supporting Retail Marketing efforts, contributing to developing and executing the national strategy, partnering with the sales team, connecting across the commercial organization, regularly interfacing with the North America Executive Team, and applying business insights to explore new opportunities and address day-to-day business situations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 5+ years of experience in sales roles or adjacent experiences
  • Experience working with a syndicated service (Nielsen, IRI) account
  • Experience working in consumer product goods
  • Google Suite or Microsoft Office proficiency (i.e, Sheets, Slides, Docs)
