Role OverviewThe Manager of Retail Marketing is responsible for overseeing and executing dispensary-focused marketing across Verano's retail footprint. This person will lead a team of retail marketing professionals in executing marketing initiatives and programs primarily designed for customer acquisition and retention, as well as driving sales of Verano's retail products.
What You Will Do
Develop and execute marketing plans, develop strategies and action plans for retail marketing, find efficiencies across a complex marketing stack, work cross-functionally with retail, commercialization, and operations, and maintain a working knowledge of the consumer, markets, and trends.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- 5+ years working in Marketing with a focus on execution, product introduction, and commercialization
- Strategic mind-set with experience in developing business strategies in complex and dynamic business environments
